Classical Students meet Veteran Marine Sgt. A.J. Dormady.

On June 1, Lynn Classical students listened to a presentation by veteran Marine Sergeant A.J. Dormady in the Lynn Classical Auditorium. Sgt. Dormady answered questions from the students on life as a Marine and the War in Afghanistan. The students are studying the History of Afghanistan from British Occupation to 9/11 right on up to current US policy. Sgt. Dormady discussed his service in Afghanistan and the role of the US Military in trying to assist the Afghan people in having a better life that comes with the blessings of liberty.
