For the past several years, Bridgewell has enjoyed a
strong partnership with The Key Club at
Lynn Classical High School.
The club is comprised of students who make volunteerism
and community service a priority in their lives. This
school year was no exception as members of the club
committed themselves to a variety of events held through
Bridgewell’s Adult Education & Recreation Program
throughout the year.
The volunteers assisted with dances including setting up,
cleaning, preparing dinner and dessert and of course dancing
and entertaining participants.
The Key Club members also volunteered at
Bridgewell’s Annual Pancake Breakfast and were
invaluable with cooking, serving, cleaning and socializing
with attendees.
The above photo was taken on May 23 at Lynn Classical
High School. The Key Club members pose with Bridgewell’s

Bridgewell would like to thank all of the members of The
Key Club for making a difference in the lives of the
individuals we serve!

The
Key Club is a community service club. We
are sponsored by the International Kiwanis Clubs. Enrollment is open to all
students at Classical High School.
The Key Club
has been involved in such things as the My Brother’s Table Walk, a
pancake breakfast, and our newest project. This consists of volunteers from the
club that will go to the Lynn Community Health Center about once a week and read
to the children as they wait in the waiting room. In collaboration with this,
the club also has boxes for collecting children’s books around the school that
will be sent to the Health Center.

-- THE KEY CLUB TEAM WALKED ALL NIGHT FRI THE 13TH UNTIL SAT NOON TIME FOR
CANCER AT MANNING BOWL. ALSO, THE KEY CLUB IS HELPING OFFICER MACKIN At
SEWALL ANDERSON WITH THEIR FUN DAY TODAY.
The
Key Club is a community service club. We
are sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. Enrollment
is open to all students at Classical High School. This past year there were over
60 students giving their own time and effort to help others.
We go to My Brother’s Table on the first Thursday of every
month to help serve the needy of Lynn. Earlier this year we were picked to help
out with their 20th Anniversary. This was special because rather than
the needy coming and lining up to get their food, it was served to them.
The Key Club
