Mrs. Nichols, shown above, the  Department Head of Applied Technology, is excited with her roomful of new HP Computers, which include Windows 7 Operating System, the new Intel Duo Core memory chips, 160 gigabyte hard disk drives, and Flat Panel Monitors. The entire Technology Department, Computer Labs and every teacher at Classical HS has received new computers in 2011.

The Applied Technology Department is dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and ability to be successful in their future endeavors.  Our course content includes Computers for College, Computer Applications 1 and 2, Computer Literacy, Web Design / Desktop Publishing, Accounting, and  Honors Computer Programming with Java and C++ .
