THE PLANNING STAGE -- PART ONE
A group of seventeen students at Classical have formed a team and have entered the Team America Rocketry Challenge, a national model rocket competition for U.S. high schools. The students will design, build and fly a model rocket carrying two raw eggs as close as possible to 1250 feet. It is a challenge, but they feel they have the drive and determination to succeed.
THE ROCKETS ARE READY 11/24/03 -- PART TWO
The rockets are ready. Weighted balance is toward the rear. The class and Mr. Linehan are looking for a clear day and a location that won't interfere with FAA or NASA plans. Hopefully, launch will be taking place soon and the raw eggs won't get scrambled.
Part 3 - The First Launch ( Attempt ) 12/01/03
There seems to be a problem.

PART 4 - THE FEBRUARY LAUNCH
Mr. Lenihan and his hardy crew of rocket scientists decide a nice cool day in the middle of winter will give just the right atmospheric weight for a series of perfect launches. The launches were perfect--- unfortunately the re-entry parachutes failed. Once they find all the rocket pieces and rebuild, they'll go again.

This is where not to land the rocket .

Jimmy says "Never turn your back during countdown sequence".

The tracking device says it went this way.

"When should I let go ? Before or after zero ?"

"Little rocket, repeat after me-- I think I can, I think I can."

Zack says "I saw the rocket go up, but missed seeing it crash."

"We were selected as astronauts for the next launch".
