Mrs. Lyle and Students Head to Costa Rica

This past April, Senora Lyle took seven of us to Costa Rica for vacation. We had countdowns as the day got closer. We left on Saturday the 16th, bright and early. We were all excited to go.  It turned out to be the trip of a lifetime. We made many new friends and learned some new Spanish.                by Alicia Worthylake

Now, that's a hotel door lock.

When we finally got to the first hotel, we were quick to settle down and finally got to sleep after a long day.

On our first full day there, we went on a nice long hike through the dry forest. We also saw hot springs bubbling and even shooting out hot lava !

The best way to get down a mountain - - - zip-lining.

The other great way down a mountain - water-sliding.

Good way to travel in the country - horseback-riding.
