A Play Adapted by Samantha Rossi

We haven't seen a musical play like this for many years. Sam Rossi is a Senior at Classical and we have to commend her for the months of tireless planning she put into this play. The interchange of Holiday and Broadway music kept the tempo of the show alternating from soothing standards to fun and exciting show tunes. The Concert Choir, Theater One Students, String Ensemble, Concert Band, District Ensemble, and Junk Band put a lot of effort into their parts and it showed. We give Four Stars to this one-of-a-kind production.
The Concert Choir was outstanding in their varied musical scenes throughout the show.
Chris Ellis played Scrooge in a believably mean and crotchety manner.
They sounded so excellent, we wanted to see and hear more of the Concert Band.
Brianda Agramonte had us LOL ( laughing out loud ) in her Broadway scene.
The Junk Band finished off the show with Dorson's Groove, their own creation. (Sorry for the shaky photos, due to dark lighting.)
